Anyone on here used the Sound Forge digital audio editor software from Sony?

Thinking of getting the "Audio Studio" software, rather than the (out of my price range at the moment) "Professional" package.

Help required.

I use Sony's Acid and love it. Sound Forge is probably good too.

What do you want to do with the software?
Multitrack record?
Audio only?
Midi too?
VST's (or any other plug in format) ?

but no, I've never used Sound Forge so not much help there am i?

Oh, sorry skew. I'd meant to reply to that, but just forgot!

It was posted on a whim, and I've gone off the idea now. So it doesn't really matter what I had in mind. Cheers anyway.
