We are from Raleigh, NC, proudly bringing the 'gaze to a town filled with cover bands and generally lame bars. But drive west a little to find the real scene. Right now I call us Mute. Real name to come soon. Check the link below for some tunes.
Be sure to send a friend request, we will be playing soon in the triangle, and we always love to make new friends! Please check us out! _________________ whitecascade

after recording electronic music for about 10 years i started recording some guitar music in september this year.
so far it`s all instrumental versions because i have no ambitions for writing lyrics and according to my girlfriend i have a terrible singing voice _________________ http://www.othersinconversation.com |

i'm an amature musician and a terrible singer,
but i do enjoy shameless self-advertisement now and then...
the aim of my music is to fuse the dreamyness of shoegaze, the sentimentality of japanese anime music and akihabara pop culture, and the western influences and eclecticism of circa-90's shibuya-kei japanese pop.
you can listen to a few of my songs on myspace, and if you're interested,
here's a link for my first ep.

i'm not sure if this would suit the tastes of you fellas,
but at least i'm doing better than most of the other japanese high-school shoegazers (yes, there are some of them out there, though very unsignificant in numbers...).
i'm intending to change styles with every release,
and the next ep will probably be a lot more dreamier. _________________ i'm sorry to say that i'm a boy despite having a handlename like "september girlfriend"...

http://www.concatenationrecords.com/ccn013.html - this is my new album entitled "Enveloped" under my Amaranthine Skies project. It's too heavy to be considered shoegaze, but if I had to genre-fy it, it's a cross between drone (Earth/SUNN O)))), ambient (there are lots of synths and pads woven in with the guitars), and riff-heavy metal (Neurosis). There are a couple songs up for download at the above link.
Most of it is driving, yet hypnotic at the same time. One of the songs is a little gazier than the others, and that's the one I have an excerpt from up at the MySpace - http://www.myspace.com/amaranthineskies - hope you all enjoy! _________________ For the Love of Creativity - my site w/ musics, writing, etc.
