Silver Screen nicely combines twee pop and dreampop.

As for indie pop bands on the dreamy side, I would suggest a couple of old school bands like The Sundays and The Ocean Blue.

Early albums from The Ocean Blue, particularly "Cerulean" and "Beneath the Rythm and Sound" have a great dreamy indie pop sound. Sort of like The Smiths meets Cocteau Twins.

As for The Sundays, check out the album "Blind."
